The Allianz 14,500 Sports Pass Offer (the “Offer”) Terms and Conditions:
- The promoter of this Offer is Allianz Management Services Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 3947280 with its registered office at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 1DB (“Promoter”); and
- An eligible customer shall:
a) have a valid and in-force Allianz car or home insurance policy. This means that your Policy must be active and your Policy must not have been cancelled or expired. If your Policy was purchased up to 7 (seven) days before you register to take part in the Promotion, your registration details may not be recognised by the system and this could mean that you are not able to take part in the Promotion at that time
b) have submitted a valid entry in accordance with clauses 3, 4 and 5 below and the terms of these Terms and Conditions;
c) be aged 18 years old or over; and
d) be a UK resident
(“Eligible Customer”).
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all Eligible Customers. Use of a false name or address or providing misleading information when purchasing a policy will result in disqualification.
- The opening date for this Offer is [10.00] GMT on [16] [September] [2025] and the closing date is [23.59] GMT on [31] December] [2025] (the “Promotional Period”). Any new policies purchased after [31 [December] [2025] will not be eligible to receive this Offer.
- Promotional period: In the event that all 14,500 sport passes are allocated before 23:59 on 31st December 2025, the Promotional Period will end sooner.
- To claim this Offer, Eligible Customers must visit the sports pass microsite https://www.allianz-sportspass.co.uk and complete and submit the form, by the end of the Promotional Period.
- To qualify, the policy purchased must still be in force [7] days after purchase. The Promoter will verify after [7] days that the policy purchased is still in force. If the policy purchased is still in force, the Eligible Customer will receive an email from the Promoter. The email will contain full details on how to claim the Offer.
- The Eligible Customer should expect to receive the Offer up to [7] days after the policy purchase date.
- Subject to the terms of these Terms and Conditions, Eligible Customers will receive the Offer.
- All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families (i.e. spouses, partners, children, parents and siblings) and anyone involved in the promotion of the Offer, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the Offer and any other companies associated with the Offer, are excluded from participating in the Offer.
- Only one Offer will be issued per Eligible Customer, irrespective of the quantity of policies purchased.
- The Offer shall be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and if it considers any Eligible Customer has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in participating in the Offer, it reserves the right to refuse to award the Offer.
- No responsibility is accepted for incomplete, delayed or inaccurate entries. The Offer is for Eligible Customers only and the Offer is intended for personal domestic use only.
- The Terms and Conditions of this Offer are separate from the terms and conditions of any insurance policy provided by the Promoter. Purchasing a policy from the Promoter means the Eligible Customer agrees to the standard terms and conditions of that policy, including any underwriting criteria. This Offer does not change or affect those standard terms in any way.
- The Promoter reserves the right to decline any application for an insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for the rejection. In such cases, the applicant will not qualify as an Eligible Customer.
- The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for the Offer.

- The Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter further reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Offer where necessary to do so.
- All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. Contact information about Eligible Customers is collected by the Promoter in order to contact Eligible Customers about the promotion and to award the Offer.
- By participating in the Offer, all Eligible Customers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- The Promoter and the Eligible Customer agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- The following exclusions apply to this Offer:
a) combining offers: This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discount codes (including staff or student discounts), or promotions.
- No liability and no responsibility (in each case) is accepted by the Promoter for (i) any issues with, (ii) damage to, (iii) inability to access, or (iv) loss of (in each case) the Offer. The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- The sports pass:
a. Each sports pass is allocated on a first come first serve basis to one individual;
b. The sports pass is valid for three months from the date of allocation.
c. The sports pass can only be used at participating venues of the ‘National Sports Network’ by one person.
d. For each sports pass, the person can book multiple activities at the same or multiple venues, provided there are no repeat activities at the same venue. Sport passes can be used for:
(1) multiple free entries for the same venue provided that the there are no repeat activities, or
(2) the same activity at multiple venues, or
(3) multiple activities at multiple venues provided that there are no repeat activities at the same venue.
When you book an activity, you will be issued with a voucher to show at the relevant venue to gain entry and access to the activity.
e. If the sports pass is used and there is also a group booking at the venue, one free entry per booking group is defined as 1 person has free entry to the booked venue or activity. This means that if you visit on your own entry will be free. If you visit as part of a group or family then other members will be required to pay full entry fee.
f. Each sports pass is for use by one individual. It is a breach of the sports pass terms and conditions if another individual or a group uses or attempts to use a sports pass that is not theirs, to book or attend activities or gain entry to participating venues. Those doing so understand they may be charged full price entry or participation fees or refused entry and their voucher voided.
g. You must visit the sports venues claimed by 23.59 31st March 2026.

TLC Marketing Worldwide UK limited terms and conditions:
1. Reward T&C’s: 3 month unlimited sports pass:
- The first 14,500 eligible entrants will receive 1 x 3 months unlimited pass to The National Sports Network.
- Your pass will be valid for 3 months from date of registration, after 3 months the unique smartlink that you received by email will no longer be valid.
- Once validated, customers will be granted access to the National Sports Network at www.allianz-sportspass.co.uk/listings.
- Customers will be able to view the list of venues and activities and choose their preferred option.
- Once they have selected the activity of their choice, they must confirm their details and will automatically receive an email with the voucher and instructions on how to use on the partner website or at the partner venues.
- Customers must make a new claim for each venue as they will receive a voucher specific to that venue by email.
- Individual terms and conditions apply for each activity/venue and form part of these Terms and Conditions. The list of venues remains subject to change.
- Anyone using a voucher who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (where applicable) who will be required to purchase a full price adult ticket. Please see your chosen venue’s full T&Cs for full details and age restrictions.
- Participating venues reserve the right to change business hours. The activity might not be available at some venues due to seasonality. Each activity is subject to promotional availability.
- Some venues may require participants to contact the venue to book their entry in advance. In this instance, participants should contact the venue directly to confirm that they hold a voucher.
- Neither the Promoter nor Administrator can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Original vouchers only will be accepted, and photocopies will be rejected. Vouchers must be redeemed and surrendered upon entry.
- The cost of travel to and from the customer’s chosen venue and all other costs and expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, additional tickets, food and drink are excluded from the offer.
- No cash or other alternative Reward will be provided in whole or in part. The Promoter / Administrator reserve the right to replace any activity with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Vouchers are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- If certain venues are not suitable or of interest for the customer, these cannot be exchanged with an alternative offer.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- The Promoter / Administrator accept no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator and any such claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
2. It is the responsibility of each claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and claiming their Reward. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects claim of their 3 month unlimited pass.
3. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to require customers to provide further verification of their identity and eligibility including original documents (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 10 days from request. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the Reward or withdraw the Reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the claimant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means.
4. All claims must be made by the claimants themselves. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Claims made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a claimant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the number of claims into the promotion, those claims will be disqualified and any Rewards claimed will be void. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
5. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for Reward fulfilment are not included and must be paid by customers separately.
6. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you:
- Are not an eligible customer (as defined in clause 1 above);
- Are not within the first 14,500 customers to register
- Have not claimed your 3 month unlimited sports pass within the allotted deadline;
- Have not used your 3 month unlimited sports within the allotted deadline following the conditions specified;
- Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions and corresponding partner Terms and Conditions as determined by The Promoter or the Administrator in its sole discretion.
7. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate claimants, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Reward except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Reward and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
8. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of Rewards, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to claimants in order to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
9. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation in the promotion.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
13. The Promoter and Administrator will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless the Administrator have permissions to use it for other reasons. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the Reward. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by TLC Marketing will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment with your consent. It will not be used for marketing purposes. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and will be stored for up to 3 months from the campaign end date, after which it will be deleted.
